Being in the heart of an affluent area was quite posh, and the free WiFi meant I could share my high-class experience with the world. The hotel also had convenient free parking and was close to shopping and the airport.

No fridge in the room to keep my champagne chilled? How subpar!

I recently stayed at Regal Inn Gateway Umhlanga for a short visit. The location was excellent, close to Gateway shopping center and Umhlanga beach. The surrounding area was clean and pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel had a lovely breakfast and the service at the restaurant was top-notch. The hallways were beautifully decorated and well-lit. it was a great experience and I would definitely return.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and the breakfast was mind-blowing! The property's location is jaw-dropping, being close to a shopping center and a beautiful beach. I was amazed by the cleanliness and comfort of the well-priced room. The free wi-fi and parking, along with the 24-hour reception, made my stay so convenient. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great touch, and having an electric kettle was a nice bonus. The lift made it easy to access my room, and the air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay. Plus, I really appreciated that the hotel had a strict no pets and no smoking policy. I had a super satisfying stay!

The selection was delicious and it gave me a great start to my day. the location of this hotel was perfect for my needs as it was close to the main business venues. Another advantage of my stay was the comfortable bed which allowed for a good night's sleep, just what I needed for my busy schedule.

My stay had some negative aspects that impacted my experience. the service received at reception was poor as staff misinterpreted a request and caused an inconvenience.
