@Sandton Hotel in Johannesburg exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The rooms were beautifully appointed with stunning city views and the beds were incredibly comfortable with luxurious linen. The location was perfect, right next to Benmore Mall, making it convenient for all our daily needs. The staff were friendly, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The hotel lobby area was lovely, and we cannot wait to return.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more halal options available.

We had an amazing stay at @Sandton, feeling safe and well taken care of. the level of security and customer service exceeded our expectations. the staff, from cleaners to front desk, spa, and restaurants, made us feel at ease and attended to. They were friendly, caring, and paid attention to detail. the hotel's luxurious atmosphere, high-profile clientele, and beautiful surroundings added to the experience. the amenities, like the shuttle, were comfortable and clean.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay extremely pleasant. the food at the hotel was delicious and the cleanliness standards were impeccable. We also loved the fact that there was a spa on-site, which provided a truly amazing experience. On top of that, the proximity of the hotel to a shopping mall was a great convenience for us.

While most of the staff was helpful, there were a few instances where some staff members seemed a bit curt or even slightly hostile, which did not match our previous experiences. we found that the walls of the rooms were quite thin, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway to be easily heard.
