The staff here are incredibly efficient and accommodating. I requested an early check-in, which was no problem at all. the friendly staff made sure my fridge was refilled daily. Breakfast was always top-notch with a breathtaking view to enjoy. the house's interior design is just as beautiful as in the pictures. No need to worry about power outages either, as there's backup electricity.

A few maintenance issues could be addressed to freshen up the property. Some areas, like the outdoor decking, could use some attention.

The location of the hotel was great, situated in a accessible area where you could easily drive down to the beach or take an Uber. The hotel was on the sea of Camps Bay, offering breathtaking views of the beach and the surrounding hills. The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean, with large balconies that provided a perfect spot to enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well-prepared, with a variety of options to choose from. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few broken items in the rooms and the lounge's outside area was damaged, which affected our overall experience.

The only minor downside was that the pool was not heated, so we couldn't swim during the evening as the weather was a bit chilly. But during the day, it was just perfect and we can understand why this eco-friendly policy was adopted.
