We were amazed by the outstanding features of our room at Hotel Royal, including the full HD MOD channels, coffee-maker, and our own personal hot spring bath. The dining experience at the French restaurant, "Pure Cuisine," was truly devine, with beautifully prepared and delicious meals. The buffet breakfast offered a delightful set menu with a nice variety of additional snacks. The manager's attention to our satisfaction, along with the excellent deep tissue massage in the SPA, made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the Xinbeitou metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city's attractions. We were especially thrilled to discover that the thermal valley, which we missed yesterday due to its closure on Mondays, is just a short distance away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom equipped with a powerful shower. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to assist us with any queries. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of Asian and western dishes, and the free-flow coffee and cookies were a nice touch. we were impressed with the hotel's facilities and the convenience of its location near the MRT station.

The dining options at the hotel could be improved, as the restaurant's food choices were limited and not very appealing.

Spent xmas at a modern hotel in a traditional town. Enjoyed the spacious and clean room, which came with great amenities. the hotel’s location was also a plus as it was situated in a key spot for foodies and shoppers. the hotel was also conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

These quirks detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The luxurious and exclusive amenities at this venue exceeded all my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the spa services and body treatments that left me feeling revitalized. the sauna and steam room also provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of sightseeing and the hot spring bath was nothing short of amazing. the restaurant serves sumptuous dishes and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start my day.

the hotel staff was prompt and eager to help, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction.
