The staff went above and beyond, offering to pick us up from restaurants and providing excellent recommendations for places to visit.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of hot dishes.

The view of the lake from our room was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. the location was also great, with Stresa just a short drive away where we found some amazing restaurants for lunch and dinner. the property owners were very helpful in recommending sights to see and places to eat, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

The main downside of our stay was the noise from the trains. We were staying in the main building and the trains passing by just a few meters away shook the entire building, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff provided excellent service, from recommending activities to serving a delicious breakfast and dinner.
