The location of the hotel was excellent, with beautiful views of the ocean and close proximity to the beach. It was also conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and stores, making it easy to explore the area. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with each bedroom having its own sliding door. The staff were super friendly and provided great service. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the speed of service at the breakfast restaurant, as it was a bit slow even when there were only a few tables occupied.

As a young family, we loved the upgraded ocean view room and the friendly housekeeping staff. The location right on the beach allowed us to enjoy long walks and the spacious, comfortable rooms were perfect for our family. The trolley in the basement was a brilliant idea for carrying our luggage. We also enjoyed the huge covered balcony with a built-in braai, perfect for relaxing and taking in the exceptional view. The staff at reception were amazing, always available to assist 24 hours a day. The service at Seachells was truly awesome and we would definitely book here again!

Our city trip was great! We enjoyed two complementary breakfasts which was a nice bonus. the location was perfect, close to the beach and multiple shops. the view from our room was stunning, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked. We noticed stains on the carpet and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
