The wine tasting experience with meat and cheese was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout. The Christmas meal in the courtyard was exceptional, and the pool was a great hit with my kids. Despite some minor issues with the WiFi, I loved disconnecting and exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway.

The hotel rooms were excellently designed with their own swimming pool and sun beds. The bed and sitting area were very comfortable, and the ensuite had dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a bath. The staff went above and beyond in providing excellent service. The grounds were beautiful, and there were many attractions on site, including wine tasting. The breakfast was excellent with various sitting areas. The spa offered great treatments, and the main swimming pool was well maintained.

The hotel is a bit far from the city and requires a car to reach supermarkets and malls. The dinner menu had limited options.

As older guests, we thoroughly enjoyed the range of activities available at Spier Hotel. The Segway tour in the vineyards was a highlight, as was the bird interaction show. The wine tasting area and spa facilities provided a peaceful and relaxing experience. We also appreciated the convenience of the golf carts, which transported us around the property. The full-time kids club was fantastic, keeping our daughter entertained and happy. Our ground floor room with a lawn was beautifully appointed, and the capsule coffee machine was a nice touch. The bicycles provided allowed us to explore the property easily. The landscaping was superb, and every dish we tried at the hotel's restaurants was equally delicious. The inclusion of organic eggs from free-running birds in the breakfast was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace in our room. Though we didn't try it ourselves, the farm-to-table restaurant received positive reviews. The 24-hour room service menu was convenient, and we were impressed by the hotel's water conservation measures.

The restaurant offered delicious food, including a mouthwatering springbok dish. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The hotel grounds were stunning, perfect for taking walks and enjoying the scenery. The hotel was also kid-friendly, with a kids club and plenty of space for them to play.

We spent an incredible Christmas at a hotel with fantastic service and amenities. the complimentary breakfast and kids' club were amazing, and we enjoyed the hotel's proximity to great attractions and activities. the hotel also had a beautiful pool where we could relax and unwind.

The room was not as clean as we expected, and there were some issues with the door. the hotel's facilities were somewhat outdated and did not meet our expectations of luxury.
