I recently stayed at Villa Viva for 4 days and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like part of the family. The location was superb, close to plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants. The hotel provided high comfort with spacious rooms, and everything was extremely clean. I also loved that they organized events to help guests get to know each other and the locals.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

villa viva in cape town was a truly relaxing break. the atmosphere was inviting, the rooms were clean, and the communal areas were fantastic. the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. exceeded expectations from our previous stay.

One thing that was off was missing security cameras.

The location of this accommodation is perfect, as it is so close to everything you will need or want. It is within walking distance of the V & A Waterfront and next to all most everything. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and lovely bedding. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests. there are great facilities like a pool and a bar, as well as a social/breakfast area.

The hostel can be a little too quiet for some, but that didn't stop us from having a lovely time.

The view was amazing, overlooking the gardens, museums, and Table Mountain. the studio was clean, comfortable, and had good wifi. the receptionist at the Backpack was very helpful, even driving us to the studio. the atmosphere was chill, with young and competent staff who gave us nice suggestions for things to do in the city. the location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to Bokaap, Long St, and Kloof St We also appreciated that they work with NGO projects.

The hostel provided excellent facilities and a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful in organizing tours and providing information. the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. the location was convenient, with a nearby mall for shopping and a supermarket. the hostel also had fast internet throughout the property.

The hostel lacked a lively and social atmosphere, making it difficult for solo travelers to meet others. the carpets in the room were slightly dirty and had a faint unpleasant smell.

We had a great experience at a centrally located gem in Cape Town. the staff at this place, let's call it Villa Viva, were always friendly and happy to help. the breakfast options were amazing, with a wide variety of fresh choices. the outdoor lounge area was cosy and perfect for meeting fellow travelers. the location was convenient, close to shops, ATMs, and the vibrant bars and restaurants on Kloof Street. the rooms were clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. Villa Viva provided a home away from home experience that we loved.

Absolutely amazing stay at Villa Viva! Perfect location near Long Street and within driving distance of Table Mountain and Lion's Head. The hotel is also on the route of the city sightseeing bus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool area and shared spaces were great. The dorm was comfortable with strong wifi. Beautiful gardens and a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel has a strong commitment to sustainability and community programs. Fantastic place!

Additionally, the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness, with no queues for facilities, polite staff, and good internet connection. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
