This hotel is such a gem! the value for money is fantastic. For such affordable prices, you get an amazing experience. The attention to detail here is impressive, from the well-equipped kitchenette in the rooms to the basic amenities provided. Secondly, the location is superb. Situated in a calm street just a 5-minute walk from a main train station, it's so easy to get everywhere, including the local attractions. Lastly, the staff here are exceptional. They provide excellent service, always willing to help and make you feel at home.

The bathroom was outdated and had some issues with ventilation and mold. the location can be slightly sketchy with the smell of urine and homeless people nearby, but this is common in many urban areas.

Travelling with our 2 older kids, we needed 3 beds, which was not easy to find in Paris. The 1 bed apartment had ample space and multiple bed options. Great location, within walking distance of metro stops, restaurants, grocery stores, and a gelato shop. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would consider staying here again.
