We had a wonderful stay at the Catalyst Apartment & Hotel. The property is beautiful and the staff at Newmark were extremely welcoming. We enjoyed the delicious meals, especially the breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a marvelous view of the city. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Sandton City Mall and the Gautrain station. We were also impressed with the reliability of the shuttle service.

We loved this place! The modern apartment rooms were really pretty with all the amenities we needed, including an iron and ironing board, mini-bar and flat-screen TV. The hotel's location was perfect - close to a mall, yet in a quiet suburb. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing good service room service and airport shuttle.

Highly recommend this venue to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect, just close enough to everything but not too close for it to be noisy and busy. It is excellent, only 5 minutes away from Sandton City. The service here is top-notch, with room service, airport shuttle, and free shuttle service available. The staff was very friendly and helpful, willing to assist and compensate for any inconvenience. The amenities in the room were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also has a lovely dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area.

The only small issue we had was with a loud sounding alarm that kept going off, but we weren't sure if it was a fire alarm or not.

Located in the heart of the city, we found the hotel to be conveniently close to all the major attractions including the bustling mall and shops. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and tidy bathrooms. The staff were professional and accommodating offering 24-hour room service which came in handy for a late-night snack. Breakfast was nice with an array of choices to suit different tastes. Great facilities including a spa and restaurant.

Noise levels from other guests during the night could disturb light sleepers.

Our xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! The complimentary breakfasts and spa are the best aspects of this hotel! The location was perfect, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and bars. We also enjoyed the view of the city from our room and the ambiance of the facility which provided a welcoming atmosphere.

We were not happy with some aspects of this hotel. Some staff members did not display proper hospitality etiquette, especially the front house management.

Our stay at The Catalyst was amazing! The stylish and cozy rooms had all the basic appliances and were kept very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the quiet location. I would highly recommend Newmark's Catalyst Apartment Hotel.

The room setup was brilliant, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and great views. The food was delicious and the service was of high quality. The Executive Suite also had two HD TVs with a great channel package.

The room was spacious and clean, and the art and decor throughout the property were beautiful. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the Sanctuary Spa experience was amazing. The breakfast offered was also very nice.

One minor drawback was that the pool was smaller than expected and there were no deck chairs available.
