We had a fantastic Christmas holiday at this hotel. The fully equipped cottage was perfect for our needs, with amenities such as a portable Aircon, electric blankets, and heaters. The location was excellent, close to activities like quad biking and horse trails, as well as cafes, restaurants, and farm stalls. The highlight for us was the jungle gym right by our cottage, which kept our kids entertained throughout our stay.

There were no major negatives during our stay. However, we were hoping for some snowy Christmas magic, but unfortunately, it did not snow.

We stayed at The Goodland Cottages for our family vacation, and it was perfect for our family of four. The cottage was well-equipped and had a private garden with a jungle gym for the kids. We loved the fire pit and built-in braai. The beds were comfy, and the owners thoughtfully provided amenities like portable aircon and electric blankets. The location was great for activities, with quad biking, horse trails, and cafes nearby. Maryke was amazing with her local recommendations, including a fun ceramic painting activity on a rainy day. a peaceful and family-friendly place to take a break.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
