The location of this guest house is excellent, with many attractions within close proximity. It is very close to Boulders Beach, where you can see penguins, and also conveniently located between the center of town and the Cape of Good Hope. The rooms are beautifully presented and offer amazing views, such as the balcony overlooking the Naval Base. The staff is friendly and provides a fresh and plentiful breakfast, which can be enjoyed on the terrace.

The Wi-Fi signal at the guest house is weak and unreliable.

We arrived in need of a relaxing getaway and were warmly greeted by Jonathan at our beachfront retreat. The stylish yet homely atmosphere at Grosvenor Guest House immediately put us in the holiday spirit. The owner's impeccable taste in local design was evident throughout, creating a truly unique experience. Each morning, we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast with a delicious array of options, including the perfect poached eggs and crispy bacon. The view of the sea from the dining area was absolutely breathtaking. Our room, tastefully decorated, exceeded our expectations. The comfortable bed and spotless bathroom made us feel right at home. We loved our balcony with a stunning view of Simon's Town. Despite the long walk down to the town and intermittent wifi, our overall stay was exceptional.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. This place is in a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance to everything. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, stunning views, great location close to shops, restaurants and the beach, comfortable and spacious rooms.

Had a great time celebrating New Year’s Eve at this wonderful guest house by the sea. the views were spectacular and the decor really captured the African essence. the breakfast was a delight, with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked dishes. the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. We especially appreciated the garage that was available for parking.

The pool was a bit of a letdown as it was not easy to access and there were no sun loungers by the poolside, making it difficult to relax there. there was some minor dusting issues in the room, but nothing that detracted too much from the overall experience.

This place was perfect for us because it is right in the middle of everything. We could easily walk to see the penguins and the Cape of Good Hope was only a 20-minute drive away. The bed was big and comfortable, giving us a good view of the docks and the sea. The staff here were extremely helpful and always available if we had any questions. They even helped us order in some dinner on a rainy evening. The breakfast options were delicious, with both cold and hot options available. The views during breakfast were simply amazing. The service here was top-notch, with daily housekeeping and restocking of essentials. The pool was a great way to cool off and the outdoor seating areas were perfect for quiet relaxation.
