The location, a short walk from town center, was convenient yet serene. The room was comfortable and quiet, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. The hosts were warm and accommodating, ensuring nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were excellent, with a variety of choices in a beautiful dining room.

The shared bathroom was a minor inconvenience, but it didn't pose any significant issues.

The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful East Yorkshire Coast, as well as the charming villages of Pickering, Helmsley, and Rievaulx Abbey.
