We got excellent value for our money at The Joneses in Plettenberg Bay. The room was cozy and well-equipped, perfect for our small party. The location was great, and the staff treated us with so much care and warmth. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

From the warm welcome to the detailed tour of the accommodation, Louis, our gracious host, made us feel right at home. the attention to detail throughout our stay was exceptional, from the thoughtful itinerary of things to do to the variety of coffee options. the spectacular views and modern comforts of the apartment truly made it a home away from home. We can't wait to return to this excellent facility.

We received fantastic restaurant and activity recommendations from the Joneses, making our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful accommodation. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and the friendly reception made us feel right at home. Our kids loved the kid-friendly amenities, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a baby bath provided for our 5-month-old baby. The Wi-Fi with smart TV was excellent and greatly appreciated. The Joneses truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, even providing a personalized itinerary that included amazing restaurant recommendations. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. The fully-equipped kitchen was a dream for us as we love cooking, although we did wish it was slightly better stocked. The location of the property was perfect, just a short drive away from restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The English yard was simply stunning, filled with unique plants and frequent visits from beautiful birds. We cannot fault a single thing about our stay at The Joneses and would highly recommend it. this was our best experience along the Garden Road journey and exceeded our expectations in every way.
