The outdoor terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun while sipping on coffee. The warm welcome and elegant ambiance made my stay extra special. The Knysna Waterfront Quays offered a great variety of shops and dining options.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rex Hotel in Knysna. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during the Knysna Half Marathon weekend. They extended the breakfast hours for the runners, ensuring we had something to eat before the race and a delicious full breakfast afterwards. The location of the hotel was also superb, making it easy for us to explore the area. I will definitely be visiting again. Keep up the great work!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its location couldn't be better, as it is right in the town and within a 2-minute walk from the Waterfront. This made it very convenient for us to explore all the attractions in Knysna. The staff were really friendly and gave exceptional service, making us feel extremely welcome. The rooms were beautifully decorated with unique decor and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a wide variety of food choices. we highly recommend this place for its perfect location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

During my stay at Aha The Rex, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and luxurious suite that I was upgraded to. The large living area and balcony were a hit with my kids, and the bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable. The ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers added an extra touch of luxury. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the waterfront with its great selection of restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and attentive. I had a fabulous and comfortable stay at Aha The Rex and would highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the harbour, waterfront shopping centre and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, with some even offering a balcony and a view of the swimming pool. The staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast served is delicious and there are other convenient facilities available, such as rental bicycles to explore the town.

Some rooms have a strange window layout, with a translucent window in the corridor that allows light to shine into the room, making it difficult to darken the room at night.

The pastries were delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering to make us halal omelettes. the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to the waterfront. Plus, the room itself was clean and comfortable.

We also requested some ice for our room, but were told that it couldn't be provided. we found some of the reception staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful.

I recently stayed at Aha The Rex Hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The modern and spacious room was a highlight, with a very comfortable bed, pillows, and spotless linen. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the waterfront. Parking was convenient and secure. I also enjoyed the small pool area with loungers and the complimentary bottled water in the fridge. The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. I would happily stay here again.
