The rooms were very comfortable with big beds, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The views were stunning, and there was easy road access to other destinations. The hotel had a beautiful setting with views over the water and a mountain backdrop. The entrance was smart and chic with an inviting bar next to reception. The spa facilities were fantastic, with a thermal pool offering panoramic views. The massages were amazing, and there was a very relaxing vibe. The bedrooms were smart, clean, and comfortable, with great showers. The staff throughout the resort were welcoming, professional, and pleasant.

Loved the spa facilities and the massage was terrific! the huge outdoor jacuzzi was amazing, especially on cold days. the bed was incredibly comfortable for a great night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast was delish and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

To our stay though. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn't working during our entire stay, which made it tough to keep in touch with work and family.

This place is set in a beautiful scenic area, on a hillside overlooking the Clyde River Valley. The location is simply stunning, with great views from the restaurant overlooking the golf course. The staff here are exceptional, from the receptionist to the food and bar staff. They are all very welcoming and provide excellent service. The bedrooms in the new block are large, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The restaurant, located in the old part of the hotel, is very good, offering delicious meals and a pleasant dining experience. The on-site spa and wellness center, with its indoor swimming pool and sauna, is a real treat and adds to the overall luxurious feel of this venue.

Although the service was generally excellent, there were times when the staff could have been more attentive. The service was a bit inconsistent at times.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the stunning views from our room and the beautiful reception area. The junior suite we upgraded to was lovely, with plenty of space and a clean, double sink toilet. The breakfast in the restaurant had a wide selection of delicious choices. The spa was exceptional, with attentive staff and not overcrowded. The outdoor hot tub was amazing, and the pool area was also great. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always polite. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving a bag full of snacks and water upon check-out. a very good hotel experience that we would definitely visit again.

The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was the Dram bar, where the bartender, Allan, was fantastic. He crafted personalized cocktails that perfectly suited my taste. despite a few minor setbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was beautiful and beds comfy. Staff, especially Sharon in the restaurant and reception, were nice. The spa, especially the outdoor hot tub, was lovely. Mains in the restaurant were great, steak cooked perfectly. Complimentary wine given during power cut.
