There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the entrance and foyer of the hotel.

Spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel! the room was spotless and well-appointed with a convenient mini fridge and hot pot for tea. Great location close to supermarkets and restaurants, with the waterfront within walking distance. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the fact that the room had plenty of space for our family and the water pressure in the shower was amazing!

Although we did not encounter any unsafe situations, we felt that walking around the area after dark could be a bit risky, as some of the restaurants close early. the housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough, as we noticed some dust on the headboards and pedestals, and the smoking area was too close to the foyer resulting in fumes throughout the building.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Knysna. The spacious and spotless rooms had comfortable beds and the breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of options. The hotel's proximity to the waterfront made exploring easy. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were huge and had all the usual toiletries, coffee/tea, and a microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided secure parking in a fenced and gated area. It was only a short walk to the Waterfront where there are many restaurants and we felt quite safe walking back in the dark.
