The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right at the Waterfront with direct access to the mall. The staff is friendly and the property has a luxurious feel. The facilities are top-notch, including a swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast selection is outstanding, with fresh oysters as a bonus for seafood lovers. The room had an unexpected view of the waterfront and Table Mountain. Great place to stay before cruising with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Prices for food and drinks are reasonable.

During our recent trip, we had a pleasant experience staying at a hotel with a large and comfortable room. the views from the room were stunning, with a perfect location near the waterfront and easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. Additionally, the housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring our room was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.

We did encounter a few negative aspects during our time at the hotel. the breakfast service was quite disappointing.

Best aspects of our stay were the breathtaking location and the delicious breakfast. the hotel was situated in a prime spot, right in the heart of the beautiful waterfront area. We had easy access to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants and bars. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. We loved being able to order custom, made egg dishes and enjoying the buffet's smoothie bar. It was a great way to start our New Year's mornings.

Worst aspects of our stay were the slow check, in process and the long wait for a breakfast table. When we arrived, our room was not ready and we had to make a fuss to get an alternative room that wasn't the sea view we had booked.

The view of Table Mountain from my room was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The central location made it convenient to explore nearby shopping malls. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Having recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, I was thrilled with the convenience of being attached to a shopping center and various bars and restaurants. The area felt safe and secure, making daily walks along the coast enjoyable. The public areas of the hotel were well maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, rivaling some of the best in the world. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had good amenities. I had a great stay.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were delicious.

There were some inconsistencies in housekeeping, as the sheets were not changed regularly and shower gel was not replaced without asking.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvements in terms of clarity and service. It would be better if the staff were more willing to provide a menu for 'a la carte' dishes and not prefer the buffet option.

We got incredible value for our money at this hotel. The room was absolutely amazing, with all the luxurious finishing touches you could ask for. The location was perfect and safe, with free parking right in front of the hotel. And the best part was the staff - they were so friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond to help us. Vincent Plaatjies, the manager on duty, and all the reception staff were super. Moudy in the lounge late at night and Portia in the breakfast area were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole staff worked together as a team and provided fast and efficient service. We loved the colonial ambiance and the live piano or high-quality music CDs playing in the background. We can't thank the Table Bay enough for an amazing stay and we'll definitely be coming back!

With a stunning waterfront location, this hotel exceeds expectations in luxury and comfort. the staff is helpful and friendly, as they offer an exceptional service right from check, in. the spa treatments are amazing and relaxing, making it a truly luxurious experience. the full body massage is highly recommended, as well as the beauty treatments, to feel pampered and refreshed. the bar/lounge area is a great spot to unwind and enjoy the evening.

The only minor issue encountered here was the limited number of sun loungers around the outdoor pool. Other than that, this hotel delivered on all luxurious needs.
