I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for four nights while visiting a friend and attending the Bristol Renaissance Faire. The hotel met my needs quite well with comfortable rooms, efficient staff, and a convenient location near stores and restaurants. The breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts I've had at hotels. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub amenities.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast selection was great. the convenient location with easy access to the highway and shopping was definitely a plus.

There was an issue with the tub draining in my room. I reported it to the staff upon arrival and again the next morning, but no one came to check on it or fix the problem.

As women traveling alone, we felt extremely safe and well taken care of during our stay. The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. My family and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Waukegan for my son's Navy Graduation, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We were even upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was quiet. The location was convenient, with the Navy Visitor's Center, Navy Exchange, and a great restaurant called The Full Moon nearby. The hot breakfast options were delicious, and there was always coffee available in the lobby. the hotel had a family-oriented atmosphere, and we had a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Gurnee for my son's Naval Recruit Graduation. The hotel's location was fantastic, right next to a shopping complex with plenty of dining and shopping options. The free shuttle service to and from the graduation was a huge convenience. The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, while I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and unlimited coffee. The room was clean, comfortable, and had thoughtful amenities like a suitcase bench and a quiet toilet. Easy access to the highway made our departure hassle-free.

The hotel was conveniently located near Gurnee Mills Outlet mall and Six Flags Great America, making it easy for shopping and entertainment. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the quality of the sheets was poor and scratchy, and the bed was uncomfortably hard.

Friendly staff, varied continental breakfast with sausage gravy and biscuits, pork and turkey sausage, egg white omelets, cereal. They accommodated a longer stay due to family illness. Specialized services for Navy graduation, including shuttle, information packet, and post-ceremony hot dogs. Large rooms but one had a stale smell which was resolved by purchasing an air machine.

The location was great, being only 3.5 miles from the naval base and a short drive away. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to and from the base on graduation day, which was a fantastic perk. Additionally, we were thrilled to find out that the hotel streamed the graduation in the lobby for those who couldn't attend.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a packet of information about the nearby Navy Graduation and arranging for a free shuttle to and from the base. The driver, David, was very helpful and informative, making the experience even better.

Everything was great! The only minor issue I encountered was a slight stale smell in my room, which I mentioned to the front desk.
