The staff greeted us with prosecco upon arrival and made us feel welcome, while our spacious room featured a powerful shower and a lovely balcony overlooking Gran Via.

I encountered issues with the air conditioning. advice to open a window led to street noise and pollution disrupting my sleep.

What a time we had! The staff were 'aving a laugh, and that rooftop bar with the city view was top-notch! The brekkie's got a proper spread too. Only downside? The gym's a bit on the small side. But I'd definitely come back, no doubt!

The room felt basic for 300 Euros per night!!! The fridge was too hot and needed repair!!! Clearer signage for emergency exits would improve safety!!! Wi-Fi was unreliable and prioritized!!! How about a kettle and tea facilities in the room?

Ask about bed configurations in advance to avoid issues, as some rooms have two singles pushed together, which may be uncomfortable.

Enjoying a corner room on the top floor, the views and the special touches, like champagne to celebrate our anniversary, were unforgettable. The breakfast featured delightful options, including the ability to make your own mimosas, while the rooftop bar offered a perfect retreat with captivating city views. However, the Wi-Fi connections were frustratingly unreliable, hindering our ability to plan activities online.

the central location made it easy to walk to attractions like Casa Batlló just a short stroll away and enjoy the nearby delicious restaurants and cafes that filled the streets around the hotel. our stay was made even better by the helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort.

I enjoyed my time here. The location made it easy to explore nearby sites. One evening, I had a great pint at the bar for less than what the local bars charge. The staff helped when I needed to switch rooms, finding a better one with a view. I felt the atmosphere welcomed me, and as a fan of road trips, I appreciated the ease of getting around.

However, the room was about as soundproof as a paper bag—couldn’t tell if it was the traffic or my neighbor’s karaoke night! And the Wi-Fi? Let’s just say it played hide and seek.

Free welcome drink and the plunge pool were great, but loud neighbors disturbed sleep.

Super close to Urgell metro station 🍷 check-in was smooth with a welcome glass of cava. The location is buzzing yet quiet enough to relax at night and easy stroll to Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

h10 casanova is perfectly located just two blocks from plaza de la universitat. everything is walkable, and the metro station is close by. the airport bus? super convenient at just 6.75 euros. my room had a nice little balcony, which I enjoyed. the staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

the ceiling fan made a loud noise that disturbed my sleep.
