Our stay at Valley Lodge was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the inter-leading rooms, perfect for our family of five. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including fruits, cereals, and a full range of cooked breakfast. The beds were large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Another plus was the easy access to a large parking area. The location of the lodge was central to Hillcrest and Waterfall, making it convenient for dining out at nearby restaurants. The swimming pool was also a great addition, and we made use of it several times during our two-week stay. A big thank you to Zazi, Mandisa, and the entire team for making our stay so lovely!

I recently stayed at a charming lodge nestled in a beautifully maintained garden. The location was excellent, with a newly established shopping mall and a golf course close by. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the treetops. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the breakfast served was absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the convenience of having my own remote for the gate.

The stairs to the mezzanine in the suites were quite steep, which made hauling suitcases up and down a bit challenging.

I arrived at Valley Lodge after a long journey and was warmly greeted by the staff. They made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the rusks provided, they were a nice touch. The lodge is conveniently located near the hospital, which was perfect for me. The breakfast served was delicious and I really appreciated the variety of DSTV channels available. The gardens were also stunning, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. I had a great experience at Valley Lodge and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Although my first stay had excellent WiFi in room number 2, I experienced some problems during my second stay in room number 11. It's unclear whether this was a general issue or specific to the room location.

My stay at the hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The exclusive amenities were exceptional and fulfilled my needs. The spacious room had a private terrace with sun loungers and a garden view. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast with outdoor dining facilities. The service was impeccable and they arranged packed lunches for my day trips. The location was perfect, nestled in a tranquil area with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities.

Despite the luxurious amenities, the bathroom had a minor issue with the showerhead. It was challenging to use and the water pressure was low.

Room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel’s location is convenient close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to access basic facilities.

Bathroom was not well-maintained, with leakages in the shower. The water had a problem with scalding hot temperatures, causing difficulty in showering due to unpredictable shifts from cold to warm and scalding temperatures.
