We had a fantastic stay in a spacious room with a walk-out patio overlooking the beautiful garden. The peaceful location allowed for a rejuvenating forest walk and easy access to a secluded sandy cove. The hosts were welcoming and provided little touches like delicious muffins/scones and luxury soaps. The breakfasts were cooked to order and ample, served in a breakfast room with a magnificent view. The room had modern fittings, a comfortable bed, and thoughtful amenities like a small fridge and a safe.

The steep walk to and from the main area of Russell might be challenging for some guests.

Had a great Xmas break away and enjoyed the stunning ocean views from our balcony. The hosts were very accommodating and cooked delicious breakfast with fresh, locally grown ingredients. Conveniently located within walking distance to town and easy access to forest trails for a nature walk.

The wifi did not work during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient as we needed to stay connected for work. Despite the beautiful surroundings, we found the place a bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area.

This hotel provided a luxurious stay, meeting all our exclusive needs with its beautiful sun terrace and garden area. The rooms were stunning with exclusive amenities. The breakfast served was tasty and served with lovely views. The location provided great access to the surrounding area.

Although the service was lovely, the outdoor dining area was a minor issue as it was not as private as expected.
