Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The staff were welcoming, very pleasant & friendly. They were willing to help/guide/advice for shopping, restaurants, and tourist tours from the waterfront. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The breakfast was delicious, with a buffet of fruit, cheese, bread, cereals, and a selection of hot food from a menu.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the fabulous facilities, especially the pool. The location was perfect, in Green Point in the heart of the city, just a short walk to Victoria's Wharf. The staff were amazing and made our stay even more memorable.

I had a fantastic stay at this small, chic boutique hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cater to my needs. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with stunning pancakes. The hotel also offers various programs and trips, making it easy for first-time tourists like myself to explore. I also love that my stay supported a local charity directly. The bed was very comfortable, especially for me as a pregnant guest. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the waterfront and stadium. a wonderful experience.

As a budget traveler, I loved the brilliant service from Gilbert at the front desk. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel like dear family. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated with excellent mattresses and linens. The breakfast had a great variety and the quality was wonderful. The hotel also had a lovely outside seating area, a roof terrace, and a poolside. The location was perfect, just a short walk from mid-range restaurants and a Woolworths, as well as being only 10 minutes from the waterfront.

We loved the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel like home. The breakfast choices were wonderful, and the hot food was freshly cooked. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. We appreciated the caution to take cabs after 10pm for safety. Parking options were available on-site and across the road. The hotel itself was tucked away from the main road, providing a peaceful environment. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, such as switching rooms. the customer service and friendly atmosphere made our stay fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Zest Boutique. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were top tier. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was also great, just a short distance from the Greenpoint stadium. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Villa Zest Boutique to others.

This hotel is a gem, close to the heart of the city. The staff are exceptionally helpful, with friendly and welcoming service. The rooms are beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches and a turndown service. The breakfast is delicious and there is a comfortable lounge area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. the hotel had everything we needed, including a beautiful garden with a pool and a rooftop with an amazing view. We loved the key location - it was tucked away on a quiet back street, but still close to local restaurants and the V & A Waterfront. Another advantage was the daily cake in the afternoon, it was absolutely scrumptious!

Sadly, there was some construction work going on next door, but it didn't bother us too much as we were out exploring most of the time.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options nearby and a short, safe walk to the waterfront. The staff, especially Martinqe and her team, were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even organized special services like a massage and a helicopter tour for me.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.
