This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely perfect. Situated right by the river in a beautiful place, it truly captured the essence of the village. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. And finally, the breakfast included in our stay was of the highest quality, with a wide variety of options and many specials at no extra cost. We felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our mornings by the water.

Friendly staff, great location by the river in town. Good food selection, especially the carrot and coriander soup. Superior suite had lovely view of town and water. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, bar staff were lovely. Recommended for couples or families.

Situated right on the banks of the river, its central location allows you to park up and freely explore on foot. The character pub, B&B, and restaurant offer good quality pub grub, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast selection is exactly what you would expect, served on hot plates. The hotel also offers rooms with views overlooking the river, adding to the charm of the experience.

No areas for improvement; everything was ok.

Located literally in the river, this pub with rooms upstairs is in the centre of Bourton, making it the perfect base for exploring the village. The hotel offers good value for money, with a satisfying breakfast and friendly service from the hardworking staff. Guests can enjoy the atmosphere and charm of the old building, and most bedrooms are comfortable and pleasant.

I recently stayed at the Old Manse Hotel for a 4-day Christmas break and had a wonderful time. The staff, especially Dan and Paula, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was clean and cozy, with a lovely view of the village and river. The food was delicious, offering a good selection for breakfast and dinner. The Christmas dinner was excellent. The hotel had all the character you expect from an old building. I have already booked for next year and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in the center of Burton-on-the-Water. Stayed in a beautiful suite with a 4-poster bed. Very clean. Excellent food in the hotel. Dylan, the staff member, was amazing and took great care of us. Will definitely be back.

During our Xmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary mince pies and mulled wine offered upon arrival. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions. the hotel's cozy fireplace added a festive touch to our Xmas experience.

Our room was not up to standard. the bathroom seemed dated and the toilet cistern was cracked.
