Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. the location is very convenient, near to the places I needed to go. the swimming pool was a great advantage, perfect for a relaxing moment after a long day of work.

I had a terrible experience regarding the customer service. the staff seemed unprepared and unorganized.

We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel! the exclusive amenities were top-notch, especially the Spa & wellness centre which offered an unforgettable full body massage. the infinity pool was an absolute highlight and the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning garden area. the Restaurant exceeded our expectations, providing delectable special diet menus and delicious poolside snack bar options. the private facilities were pristine and the location was peaceful, making for a truly wonderful stay.

Our only minor issue was that the power went out due to load shedding, affecting the kitchen during dinner service. the owner personally spoke to us, apologizing and offering insight into her vision for the place - which was very encouraging.
