The room at Phoenix Lodge And Waterside Accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were delighted with the breathtaking view of the lagoon and knysna heads from our room. The location was convenient, with the waterfront and shops nearby. The breakfast prepared by the chef was absolutely amazing. Despite staying in a room by the entrance, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful during our entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to everything and just a short distance from the sea. The room was clean and chic, with incredible views of the lagoon. The friendly staff provided excellent service and even recommended places to visit in the area. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. the location, room, and service were great.

The walls in the hotel were thin, leading to some noise from neighboring rooms.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great New Year's stay at a cozy lodge near the town center. the crystal clean rooms had excellent views. the location was convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions.

The noise from the nearby highway was slightly disturbing at night, and the compact rooms could benefit from more cupboard space. the lack of private deck areas made it less enjoyable to sit outside, and the confusing parking could lead to car damage.
