We were able to shower and relax in the on-site cafe. the hotel was secure and allowed us to leave our luggage. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again.

As a senior woman, I found the decoration at the hotel very charming and unique. The beds located in pods surrounded by bookshelves created a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The common area was a perfect spot for me to relax and read a book, with a wide selection in both Japanese and English. The hotel's location near the vibrant nightlife areas of America Mura, Dotombori, and Namba was great for exploring and experiencing the local culture. It was easy for me to navigate around and enjoy the city's vibrant energy.

It would have been even better for senior people if there were handrails or additional support near the ladder leading to the capsules. This would have made it easier for us to access the beds without any difficulty or safety concerns.

As bike riders, we loved the convenience of Book and Bed Shinsaibashi. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Namba and Dotonbori areas on our bikes. The hotel also offered great amenities, including a lovely cafe with unique and delicious drinks. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the fresh towel daily was a nice touch. Plus, the clean and quiet environment provided a relaxing stay.

We had an amazing stay at a unique hostel near the underground station. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who showed us around. the interior decor was aesthetically pleasing and the cafe provided a great space to work or relax. We loved the novelty of being able to hang out on the bookshelf during the day. the capsules were spacious enough to sit up comfortably, and the Japanese sleeping mats provided a comfortable sleep.
