I recently had the chance to stay at a hotel near the train station, and it was the best place I've ever stayed! The location was amazing, being so close to the railway station made it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the hotel even arranged tours and car rental for guests.

I would have appreciated having tea/coffee facilities in the room.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location here is fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It made it so easy for me to explore and discover everything this place has to offer. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room amenities were also excellent. I was impressed with the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and the cozy sitting area. It felt like a home away from home. The hotel even had a spa center, which was perfect for some relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. And the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus too!

We had a great Thanksgiving stay with friendly staff. Our cozy room had a nice view of the city and was furnished with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space. the hotel provided a good continental breakfast and a modern gym for a quick workout before heading out to explore the city. the central location offered easy access to shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Despite these minor issues, it was overall a memorable experience.

Great location with a stunning view of Murmansk. The hotel is beautifully refurbished and equipped, with cozy cushions and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet at the Arctic Restaurant is delicious and offers a wide variety of food. Reception staff, though limited, are polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
