We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near all the major attractions. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance to the Hermitage, St. Isaac's Cathedral, and Nevsky Prospekt. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area. The staff, especially Elena, went above and beyond to help us with car rental and directions. Despite the tiny rooms and cigarette smell, we enjoyed our time exploring and sightseeing throughout the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and friendly service.

We stayed at By Hermitage House for 5 days during the World Cup. The hotel's central location on Nevskyi Prospekt was perfect, with all the action nearby but still tucked away in a quiet courtyard. The shared bathroom felt like a private one, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, even providing us with printed directions to nearby attractions. The hotel room was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and quiet night's sleep. a very nice hotel with great value for money.
