The hotel staff was attentive and accommodating, taking care of all our requests with a positive attitude. an excellent choice for a stylish weekend getaway.

The value for money at Lotte Hotel was exceptional, with spacious rooms and unique details. The location was perfect, overlooking the beautiful Iisakiy Square. The staff treated us like royalty, fulfilling our every request promptly and even offering a BMW with a driver for our convenience. Highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located near a great restaurant and a short walk from St Isaac's Cathedral. The free WiFi was of high quality, and the hotel itself is modern and up to date. I also enjoyed the option of river boat cruises nearby and the cable TV selection.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. They even went out of their way to fetch painkillers for my wife when she had a headache. The room was perfect, beautiful, and clean, with all the amenities you would expect in a 5-star hotel. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, fruits, and juices. The location of the hotel was excellent, right on the St. Isaac's Square, with a stunning view of the river.
