I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city center. This made it really convenient for exploring and getting around. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist me with any requests or questions I had. The service housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring my room was always clean and well-stocked with amenities. I was particularly impressed with the air conditioning, mini-bar, and the balcony that offered stunning views of the city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a dining table. It had all the necessary facilities, including a hair dryer, a bidet, and even slippers. The refrigerator and microwave in the kitchenette were a nice touch, allowing me to prepare my own meals if I wished. The in-room desk was also a great addition for any work I needed to do. The television had a flat-screen display and there were also am/fm alarm clocks to wake up to in the morning. With free local telephone calls and free toiletries provided, I felt well taken care of during my stay.

During my Xmas vacation, I appreciated the festive atmosphere that the hotel tried to create. The holiday decorations were nice, and the music in the lobby area added to the ambiance. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel was also convenient for me, as it was close to shops and restaurants in the city center.

The room that I was given was disappointing. It was small and not very clean. Also, the heating system did not seem to function properly, as the room was cold most of the time. I also had issues with the water pressure and the shower, which made my stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay during the holidays.
