The rooms were clean and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

The pool area was overcrowded, with a limited number of sunbeds available. It was frustrating to see people reserving beds early in the morning and leaving them empty for hours.

Well-equipped rooms with TV, AC, hairdryer, fridge, and optional safe. Excellent for kids, free drinks till midnight. Hassle-free check-out, allowed to eat and use shower until late flight.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely beautiful, with the hotel situated in a sociable area and just minutes away from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the car and bicycle hire facilities. The hotel also had excellent medical facilities and laundry services, which were very convenient. The room amenities were superb, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and a balcony. The hotel also offered a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus, catering to all dietary needs.

Crowded in peak season, lacked space.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and shops. the food was tasty and there was a good variety. the staff were friendly, especially the entertainment team who always had a smile on their faces and ensured we had a good time.

Our Christmas stay wasn't as pleasant as we expected, as the hotel was overcrowded and there weren't enough staff to attend to everyone. the beds were uncomfortable and the walls were thin, so we could hear noise from other rooms.

the accommodation was clean and the food choices were superb. the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, making our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families as there are plenty of entertainment options for both kids and parents. the hotel is also conveniently located near the beach and there are buses available to explore Palma City.
