Fantastic location, helpful staff, perfect English, excellent refurbishment, large and comfortable rooms.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The reception staff, especially Vasily and Julia, were extremely helpful. Fridge and safe in room. Drinking water in corridor. Hotel lending umbrellas. Cheap airport taxi. Vegetarian-friendly food options. Excellent local markets and restaurants. Half the price of other European cities.

Everything was spot on.

A charming hotel steps away from the Hermitage, with a comfortable room and helpful English-speaking staff. Despite the small reception area, the hotel's prime location near major attractions like the Pushkin museum and the Spilled Blood church made it a wonderful choice. The breakfast was good and the service exceeded my expectations. The only downside was the occasional noise from the canal tours passing by. I highly recommend Pushka Inn Hotel for a delightful stay in the heart of the city.

Great location near popular attractions, with helpful and English-speaking staff. They accommodated our early departure with a packed breakfast. Good restaurant nearby. Room and bathroom were nice. Smooth airport and train transfers arranged by the hotel. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

I recently stayed at Pushka Inn for my birthday and had an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable, being near the Hermitage and the Church of the Spilled Blood. The staff were like magicians, always making things happen with a smile. The room was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and complete quietness. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff even surprised me with a birthday gift. I had countless questions, but they had an answer for each one. This is the place to stay - you won't regret it!

Lovely hotel with a rich history. The art and photos throughout the hotel were a nice touch. The breakfast at Jannos was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect for walking to major attractions and accessing water transport. The staff, especially Yulia, were extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in St. Petersburg.

Amazing location, walking distance to main attractions and a beautiful view of the river. Big, cozy and comfortable room, very quiet despite the central location. Good breakfast. Renewed hotel but maintains a great antique atmosphere. Staff does their best to attend all of our needs. Great value for money!

Felt like VIP, nothing was too much trouble.
