This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything. The rooms are modern, clean, and cozy, with comfortable beds and useful working spaces. The staff is very friendly and organized, providing exceptional service and quick response to any questions or requests. The breakfast is amazing, offering delicious options like eggs Benedict. The hotel also has a good restaurant and bar, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The shower in the bathroom is a bit small and connected to the toilet.

I found it very convenient to have a metro station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The room service was exceptional, with prompt and friendly staff who attended to all my needs. The room itself was well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The staff here truly made me feel like a valued guest, providing top-notch service and ensuring that I had a pleasant stay.

I also enjoyed the large TV with plenty of channels. The tasty breakfast and 24-hour restaurant added to the convenience of my stay. Our stay at Winewood was exceptional! The sleek and modern interior design of the hotel perfectly complemented the hip atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to see the hotel manager spinning vinyls, adding a unique touch to the experience. The staff went above and beyond to create a boutique hotel feel, making us feel welcome and at home. The nearby restaurant and lobby bar provided the perfect spots to relax and socialize. The location was ideal, with easy access to two subway stops and the option to enjoy a scenic walk to the Red Square. The room itself was beautiful, warm, and impeccably clean, exactly as we had hoped. We were particularly impressed by the exceptional restaurant and the incredibly helpful staff who made our daily tasks a breeze. We are truly grateful for their assistance. If we have the opportunity to visit Moscow again, we will definitely choose WineWood without hesitation. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moscow.

The interior design was trendy and modern, giving the hotel a cool vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby subway stops and the option to walk to the city center. Being able to easily explore the local neighborhood and enjoy the Moscow scenery was a definite advantage.

Another downside was the bathroom in the King Suite, where the toilet was actually inside the shower. the staff at check-in and in the restaurant were not very welcoming or attentive, which affected the overall service experience.
