The hotel is located right in the center of Kigali, with excellent facilities nearby, including a supermarket on the lower floors. The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the service is exceptional.

There were some issues with the spa and wellness center, as it was not as described and had a strong odor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of town. The location was perfect, right in the city center with most things in walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Jovia, Divine, Adeline, and Bella at the reception. They made our check-in and check-out smooth and were always ready to assist. The housekeeping service was amazing, with a special mention to the lady on the 8th floor. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The hotel also offered a massage place and fitness center, which added to the overall experience.

I had an amazing time in the heart of the city. The reception team was warm and accommodating, making my stay pleasurable. The rooms were immaculate and came with great amenities.
