I had a fantastic stay at the beautiful Kigali Marriott. The staff was attentive and friendly, especially Aisha and Sebomana who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The breakfast was great with plenty of food choices and excellent service. The hotel premises were clean and safe. Additionally, the spa services were top-notch with amazing massages and treatments. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Breakfast lacked innovation.

We had a great stay in a hotel located in the buzzing business area of the city. The staff was extraordinary friendly, always willing to help. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices. The hotel also offered a gym, pool, and a lively bar with live music. The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area.

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow on one of the nights, but overall it didn't overshadow our pleasant experience.

The location was perfect, staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Oliver at reception. The hotel was modern and new, elevating our time in Kigali. The seminar we hosted was flawlessly executed, thanks to Cynthia and Joselyne. The breakfasts were great with a good variety of choices.

The seminar we hosted for 100 people was flawlessly executed, thanks to the amazing cooperation and support of Cynthia and Joselyne. The extreme friendliness of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable!

During our stay at the Marriott, we were impressed with the spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The beds and pillows provided a great night's sleep, and the bathroom was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool area was lovely, and the grounds were well maintained. the hotel had excellent standards and facilities.
