The breakfast was great with plenty of food choices and excellent service. The hotel premises were clean and safe. Additionally, the spa services were top-notch with amazing massages and treatments. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Breakfast lacked innovation.

We had a great stay in a hotel located in the buzzing business area of the city. The staff was extraordinary friendly, always willing to help. Our spacious room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices. The hotel also offered a gym, pool, and a lively bar with live music. The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area.

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow on one of the nights, but overall it didn't overshadow our pleasant experience.

We recently spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel in Kigali. The hotel had a lovely pool where we enjoyed relaxing under the warm sun. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of several popular attractions and restaurants.

The common areas were often left untidy and the rooms were not properly cleaned. We also encountered unhelpful and unfriendly staff members who seemed disinterested in providing good customer service.
