We absolutely loved this place! The location right on the lake shore was breathtaking. We enjoyed the stunning views from our balcony and the direct access to the lake and sandy beach was a big plus. The service we received here was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was immaculate and the breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the lake was delicious. We also appreciated the child-friendly staff and the availability of amenities like the playground. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping me understand the rules of the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the balcony added a lovely touch to my stay. The hotel's location, right on the shore of the lake, provided stunning views of the beautiful sunsets. The water pressure in the shower was also excellent.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel by the lake. The location is excellent, overlooking the beautiful lake Kivu with its own private beach. The prime location allows for fun activities like kayaking and swimming in the open lake. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, including a lovely swimming pool and a well-maintained garden. The staff here are a true asset to the hotel, as they always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had more than enough to eat and drink with excellent service from the staff.

The location was amazing, right on the beach with magnificent views of the lake. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay special. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the food was excellent. We also enjoyed the private sandy beach and the fine swimming in the lake.

One of the nights there was a loud event with music, which was a bit disturbing. the standard rooms were small and the TV had a limited channel selection.

The highlight for me was the delicious food, with a wide range of options, including lactose-free choices like soy milk for breakfast. I also enjoyed relaxing by the clean swimming pool and admiring the beautiful flowers and birds in the surroundings. the stay was pleasant and I would definitely consider returning.
