I had such a delightful surprise at Gyp Sea Saint Barth! The atmosphere in the reception area was absolutely wonderful, and the garden with the pool was incredibly relaxing. The staff was young, polite, and always had a smile on their faces, ready to help. The food experience was fantastic, with beautifully arranged dishes. The highlight was watching the sunset at Colombier beach, where it was just me and a few big turtles on the entire beach.

One small drawback was the steep climb to our room, but the staff were more than happy to chauffeur us up the hill in a golf cart. Another minor inconvenience was that the hotel was not directly on a beach, but since we liked exploring different beaches anyway, it didn't impact our plans much.

Access to Flamand beach and private facilities make this hotel an even more exclusive experience.

The only minor issue was the limited space around the pool, though the sun loungers were always available. Despite this, the outdoor swimming pool and beach umbrellas were consistently maintained, providing a relaxing environment.

It was the ideal location to lay poolside all day and enjoy the beautiful weather.

The room could have been cleaner, as the cleaning staff seemed to be a bit relaxed with their duties. the minibar was not always refilled properly, and sometimes there was not enough shower gel.

We decided to spend our Xmas holiday on this side of the island and it was the best decision. the service was top-notch, with attention to every detail. the rooms were luxurious and spacious, with amazing views from the terrace. the breakfast spread was exceptional with a wide range of options in a beautiful setting. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room, perfect for a honeymoon experience. the location was key, close to Gypsea Beach where we spent our days without having to pay for chairs.

On the downside, the lack of a sea view was disappointing. From our room, the pool, and the restaurant, we couldn't enjoy the beautiful scenery.
