I recently stayed at this incredible hotel for a vacation and it was absolutely amazing. The staff, including the butlers Domo, AL, Kerian. They took care of every detail and even our wedding coordinator, Daniel, ensured our special day went smoothly. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and truly deserve the phrase, "A room with a view!" The service, from the moment we arrived to when we left, was impeccable. The food, the architecture, and the serenity of the environment were all top-notch. Having a butler made the trip stress-free, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The staff even went out of their way to find halal meat for us. Thank you, Jade Mountain and Ane Chastanet staff, for creating beautiful memories!

The breathtaking views of the stunning coastline and Pitons were beyond compare. The hotel's architectural design was truly impressive, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The addition of a bento box of delicious snacks in the afternoon was a delightful surprise. The access to the sister hotel's beach and facilities was a bonus, and the snorkeling near the beach was fantastic.

The butler service fell short of our expectations, as there was minimal check-ins and lack of attention throughout our stay. It would have been appreciated if they were more proactive in assisting us.
