For the price we paid, we got great value and a fantastic room at Princess Heights. The location was peaceful with a gorgeous view, and the staff treated us wonderfully.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if they had a coffee shop with some basic options.

Everything was perfect!

I had a truly amazing stay at Princess Heights Luxury Condo. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and the quiet and secure location made me feel so comfortable. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette had all the cookware and tableware I needed. I also loved the great pool downstairs and the helpful room service. The hotel's guide to the main beaches was very handy, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the French side and trying out the delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience.

Nothing not to love.

We had a fantastic experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, and the description of everything was accurate. The best part was the attention we received from the staff, particularly Laury and Nigel. They were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home. Additionally, the spaciousness of the rooms was a major plus, allowing us to feel comfortable throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy during our stay. the location was a bit tricky to navigate.

One major advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, especially the Dutch interns who were polite, chatty, and a credit to themselves and their college.

The hotel was situated on a steep hill, making it quite difficult to navigate without a car. It was also quite far from any restaurants or shops, requiring a taxi to go anywhere.

The Dutch interns, Tom, Ivanina, Amber, and Tess, were particularly standout with their excellent service and pleasant demeanor. The hotel even arranged a shuttle to take us to nearby restaurants each night, which was a wonderful perk. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again in the future.

One downside was the difficulty in reaching the office, requiring navigation through multiple buildings, especially the first one with no elevator. Additionally, the entry and exit from the parking lot was challenging.
