Plenty of dishes and drinks to choose from and comfortable seating area with polite and accommodating staff. Free movement in and out of the rooms and easy access to taxis.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money is fantastic. Secondly, the location is ideal – there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it's easy to get around. The service is stellar, with friendly and attentive staff always willing to help. Lastly, the rooms on lower floors are comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast on the 18th floor is delicious!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay at a tidy hotel. The shuttle bus was very convenient, giving us an easy ride to the Haram. We also appreciated the variety of shops and restaurants nearby. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a great area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, it's just a short walk from a beautiful mosque and a shopping center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities such as a safe and a delicious breakfast included. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making for a wonderful stay.

The sound isolation in the rooms could be better, which can lead to some noise from nearby rooms.

I had a great stay at Afraa Hotel Al Aziziya. The room and bed linen were clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel and hallways were neat and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the food selection was good and served in a timely manner. The wifi worked great, which was important for staying connected. it is a nice and clean place to stay for a quick stop. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel to others.

We spent Christmas in a hotel that had two great complementary facts: the Wi-Fi worked perfectly well, and the food selection was wide and good. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to a Mosque and within walking distance to shopping. We also enjoyed the welcoming staff who made our stay even more comfortable.

Despite the positive aspects mentioned above, we had a few issues with the hotel. The shuttle service to the holy site was extremely bad and never on time.
