there were some inconveniences, such as the lack of soundproofing in the rooms and the unwelcoming reception staff.

I always return for city breaks. Remembering my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten sim card. It meets all my needs with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and more. It's a perfect fit with its amenities.

I loved the convenient location, just a few minutes' walk to the "Al Haram Al makki" in Mecca. There were plenty of oud perfumes, souvenir shops, and gift shops around. The hotel is located right next to the Haram, and I booked it for its convenience, especially as I was traveling in a wheelchair. I wasn't disappointed! The view of the Kaaba from my room was absolutely stunning. Even when I wasn't in the Masjid, I could still see the Kaaba thanks to the continuous expansion of the Masjid. The customer relationship manager was very friendly and even allowed us an early check-in when we arrived tired and exhausted. it was a brilliant place to stay.

I felt snug and really have no reason to complain.

The database provided up-to-date information on amenities and room sizes, making it easy to choose the right accommodations. the room in Safwah Tower 1 was just the right size for my family of four and came with full-size extra beds, not makeshift ones.

I found that the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. It could have been more thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.

The morning meal could use more variety.

I had a great stay at a hotel conveniently located near the holy mosque. The room was clean and comfortable, with fast elevators and a prayer room available for both men and women. The breakfast was excellent and there was a food court nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

the location was excellent, just at King AbdulAzeez gate, providing easy access to the Haram. the staff at the reception, housekeeping, and elevators were all highly professional and respectful. the hotel had about 10 very fast elevators, which made getting around a breeze. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, and upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gift of fruits, coffee, and "tamer". the hotel offered breathtaking views of the Haram and Kaaba, which was truly a bonus, especially with the continuous construction work happening in the area. it was an amazing place to stay for our Umrah journey.

The hotel's proximity to the important locations was great. the breakfast was decent and the staff was courteous. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the area as well.

My experience was not as pleasing as I had hoped. the rooms were not cleaned daily and I found old stains on the carpet and linen.

Without doubt, the best location. Fast elevators, great facilities, and direct access to King Abdul Aziz Gate. Highly recommended for the elderly and disabled. Clean rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, excellent service. Partial Haram view room provided.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and top-notch service. the room was spacious and had all the necessary private facilities that made us feel exclusive and comfortable. the restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes with impeccable service. In-room breakfast was another highlight of our stay, served hot and fresh at our preferred time. the picnic area was a great option to enjoy a relaxing meal with family or friends.

The only small issue we encountered was that the parking was limited, which made it difficult to find a spot for our car. the hotel staff assisted us promptly and efficiently to find a solution.
