Comfortable beds, reliable AC, and 24, hour hot water made our stay delightful. the shuttle service to Haram was a convenient touch, along with the daily room service and ample parking. We appreciated the variety of toiletries, in, room amenities like coffee, tea, a kettle, and a safe. The on, site shops and laundry service added to the overall convenience. Cons: hard to think of anything! 😊.

The staff, particularly Manager Mizan and Jahir, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room was immaculately clean and comfortable, providing excellent value for money. the shuttle service to Masjid Al Haram was frequent and convenient. the hotel's location near landmarks like Bab Al Umrah and Masjid al-Haram added to the overall experience, making it easier to explore and bond with family.

Difficulty with parking due to security restrictions, congested traffic, and delayed shuttle service were major inconveniences.

Arrived at the hotel after a long journey. Found the room clean with 4 single beds—too many for just me! the hairdryer didn't work, reported it, but no luck. Shuttle to Haram convenient, but chaotic! Luckily, the front desk staff were helpful—albeit with no English. Room key played hide and seek, requiring regular recharges. comfy stay with efficient check-in/out and strong WiFi. Good for a solo adventurer like me from London, always up for a new archaeology site journey!
