Friendly and helpful receptionists, modern spacious rooms with a stunning sea view.

I recently stayed at Ascott and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The sea view was absolutely breathtaking, and having Sharq coffee available on site was a wonderful treat. Additionally, I appreciated the close proximity to delicious restaurants. The overall ambiance of the hotel was lovely, especially when selecting a room with sea views. Truly a worthwhile stay.

Modern rooms, great sea view. Convenient location for dining and entertainment options within walking distance. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Spacious and well-designed bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample charging points. Clean and well-maintained throughout, with a spacious bathroom and large closet space. Sky Lounge offers excellent views of the surrounding area.

I had a comfortable stay at Ascott. The location was perfect for short stays, with everything I needed within walking distance. The room design was impressive and the lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions and amenities we were looking for. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with modern furniture and a pleasant scent. The receptionists, Lama and Malak, were professional and respectful, providing excellent service. The hotel is new and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable and inviting stay. The sea view from the balcony was an added bonus, providing a refreshing and tranquil atmosphere.

Some TV channels were missing and the WIFI service was only okay. the lower floor levels were quite noisy, making it less recommended for light sleepers.

My Stay at Ascott exceeded my expectations! The hotel was incredibly clean and the new furnishings gave off a luxurious feel. What impressed me the most was the excellent AC throughout the hotel, ensuring a comfortable stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Ascott was fantastic and cosy. The room had a modern and spacious layout with comfortable twin beds. The room service was excellent, and we enjoyed delightful sea and corniche views. The private parking spot was a convenient feature. The location was great, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The Khobar Water Tower and Corniche were just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and polite.

my recent stay in al khobar was incredible. the staff at ascott went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. the new furniture and cleanliness of the hotel were impressive, and the location was perfect. i can't wait to visit again!

Parking door issue.

I recently stayed at Ascott in Al Khobar for a few days and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The twin beds were incredibly comfortable and the linen was top-notch. The room smelled really good and the housekeeping staff made sure it stayed that way every day. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of closet space. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff, especially a lovely young lady named Lama, were friendly and helpful, leaving a great impression.

I recently stayed at Ascott, a new hotel in a great location. The room design was impressive and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Fatimah, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Fatimah even went out of her way to arrange a refund for me when I had to check out early. I was very pleased with my stay at Ascott.

Everything I needed and wanted was provided. 👍

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The bed in the room was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Miss Khlod and Mr Hamad who went out of their way to upgrade our room, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The resident call center could use some improvement. It took multiple attempts to reach someone and even when they did pick up, it took quite some time for them to respond to simple requests like clean towels or water.
