Spent Christmas at a small inn in a mountain town. the complementary firewood was a nice touch for the wood stove in the room, and the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby were appreciated. the cute main street was within walking distance and had interesting old buildings to explore.

The room furnishings looked like they were from the 80s and could use a refresh, and the heating unit was quite noisy. There was only one restaurant in town, and it was closed for dinner on Christmas Day, leaving us with no food options nearby.

The hotel's location was perfect, allowing easy access to the summit of Mount Massive in the Sawatch Range, which was approximately 33 miles due south from the hotel. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.
