I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, right opposite the highway and close to Garnadah Shopping mall. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a tidy bathroom. The customer care was top-notch, with a welcoming staff that answered all my questions and provided helpful assistance. The breakfast spread was satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day. the facilities and room advantages were impressive.

Over Easter, I stayed in a hotel that had an excellent location, close to many restaurants, cafes, and a pharmacy. I also enjoyed the fact that they offered complementary breakfast delivered to my room every morning, which was a lovely touch. the parking on-site was very convenient and made our stay easier.

The bathroom was poorly designed, making it difficult to shower without splashing water everywhere and becoming slippery. hot water was often limited, which made it harder to use the deep sunken bath or even enjoy a long shower.

The breakfast, delivered to my room every morning, was satisfactory with a variety of options, including eggs and pancakes. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and even a pharmacy. It was also just a short 10-minute drive to Granada Mall. The service provided by the staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the convenience of on-site parking and basic hotel accessories such as towels and toiletries was appreciated.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The bathroom, although stylishly designed, was not practical for showering as water splashed everywhere, making the floor slippery.

The friendly and professional service ensures a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, the airport, and main shopping centers, making it easy to explore Riyadh.
