Check-in was a breeze, with quick and attentive staff always on hand. the location was fantastic, and the room size was just right. the high floor rooms offer stunning views, perfect for relaxation and photo opportunities.

The noise from housekeeping opening and closing doors in adjacent rooms was quite disruptive. the bathrooms in the standard and high rooms were on the smaller side, making it a bit cramped.

the staff, especially Mr Hussein, were marvelous, friendly, and cooperative. Their service was top-notch, and the restaurant's breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. the location was good, quiet, and parking was not too bad. the outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax, with a sun terrace that offered beautiful views.

There were a couple of areas where this hotel could improve. the bathroom water spray was broken and the bathroom door didn't have a lock, which could be inconvenient, especially with children.
