The shuttle service to and from the Haram was very convenient. Our spacious room was well-maintained and the breakfast had a great variety. Though we wished there was a business center, we managed without it. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at Hilton in Mecca. the staff was professional and courteous, especially at the front desk. They were very accommodating, allowing me to check in early and check out later. the room was clean and well-maintained, with cozy beds and a nice rain shower. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the Islamic art in the hotel was stunning. the location was convenient, as it only took around 10 minutes to walk to Haram.

Starting with the complimentary facts provided by the hotel, we were delighted with an unexpected treat received on New Year's Eve that made the night more enjoyable. the shuttle service to the holy site was outstanding, as it never failed to provide a comfortable and prompt ride to the destination, without any waiting time. the key location of the hotel allowed us to witness a stunning view of the city's skyline from our rooms, which was an added bonus to the already fabulous stay.

One of the worst aspects of the stay was the limited dining options at the hotel, and the high prices for the food. the hotel's bathroom facilities could be improved, as there was a prevalent unpleasant odor coming from the drains and the shower wasn't properly functioning.

Special requests for kids were also delightfully entertained by the staff. the housekeeping was helpful, especially Mr Usman Rafiq. it was a smooth and serene experience at this hotel.

The shuttle service to and from the Haram every 3-5 minutes made getting around much easier with the construction work and hill. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. In-room dining was also good.

Felt cared for and had no complaints.
