Unfortunately, we faced several issues during our stay. The housekeeping was severely lacking. I had to request basic items multiple times, and they often did not follow through. The elevator service was also frustrating, as it was overcrowded and slow, making it challenging to travel within the hotel. I also noticed the cleanliness of the carpets in the hallway and lounge areas left much to be desired, which detracted from the overall experience.

I adored walking into a beautifully designed lobby, where the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering something for everyone, from fresh breads to hearty dishes.

I did encounter a minor wait for the elevator during peak times, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Just plan a little extra time, especially when heading to the dining area on busy mornings.

During my stay, I encountered significant issues with the shuttle service, which was unavailable until the last day of our visit. This created a major inconvenience when traveling between the hotel and the Haram, especially with young children in tow. Moreover, the breakfast options were quite limited, lacking variety for those who prefer non-vegetarian dishes, and the room amenities felt quite sparse for a four-star establishment.

The café offered aromatic coffees and pastries, making it a relaxing space after a long day. I appreciated the late check-out, allowing me extra time to unwind with my partner before leaving. The convenience of being close to the Grand Mosque truly enhanced the experience, letting me soak in the local culture effortlessly. I encountered helpful staff, especially during breakfast, who provided timely service and went above and beyond to assist.

I enjoyed late check-out, which gave us extra time to unwind and savor everything without rushing. Each breakfast featured a selection of items for varied tastes, including fresh dishes and pastries. The walk to the holy site was easy and quick. After experiencing local culture, I found the café to be a perfect spot to relax with aromatic coffees and pastries. It felt like a close-knit place for both relaxation and meals. My partner and I cherished this peaceful experience.

Had a spacious suite for four, & the beds were comfy enough to make you forget about the world outside. The staff were polite, & they even checked on us multiple times over breakfast, which was a nice touch!

Though it wasn’t particularly cheap, it was still acceptable for what we got overall.

The staff were incredibly attentive. ready to meet all our needs at the restaurant and beyond. Plus, the breakfast was a real treat with tons of variety, including delicious fresh pastries. Cleanliness was top-notch, making our stay very enjoyable.

I had a great time at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and took care of everything I needed. One time, I asked for some extra towels, and they brought them in a flash! Plus, the breakfast manager went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy, and the food was definitely filling, just what I needed to start the day right! !

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still worth staying for the overall experience.
