The shuttle service to and from the Haram was very convenient. Our spacious room was well-maintained and the breakfast had a great variety. Though we wished there was a business center, we managed without it. we highly recommend this hotel.

One of the worst aspects of the stay was the limited dining options at the hotel, and the high prices for the food. The hotel's bathroom facilities could be improved, as there was a prevalent unpleasant odor coming from the drains and the shower wasn't properly functioning.

The shuttle service to and from the Haram every 3-5 minutes made getting around much easier with the construction work and hill. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. In-room dining was also good.

Felt cared for and had no complaints.
